This page provides general submission guidelines applicable to all tracks and categories at ICAIS 2026. Authors are encouraged to read these guidelines carefully before preparing their submissions.
All submissions must follow the conference template and formatting requirements. Papers must be written in English and should not exceed the maximum page limit specified for each track. Submissions that exceed the page limit or deviate from the formatting requirements may be rejected without review.
ICAIS 2026 employs a double-blind review process. Authors must anonymize their submissions by removing all identifying information, including names, affiliations, and self-references that reveal authorship. References to prior work should be cited in the third person.
All submissions must be original work that has not been previously published or is not currently under review elsewhere. Plagiarism in any form is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate rejection of the submission.
At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference and present the paper. Failure to register or present may result in the removal of the paper from the conference proceedings.
Accepted papers that are presented at the conference will be published in the conference proceedings. Authors should ensure that the camera-ready version incorporates all feedback from the review process.
